Jonathan Lampitt, President & CEO
Mr. Lampitt has been investing in and operating multi-family properties since 1993. He holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License and obtained a Bachelors in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, a Master’s in International Business from the University of Bristol, England, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Justin Smith, Chief Investment Officer
Justin earned his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University in 1993 and began his career with CBRE in San Diego, specializing in multifamily investment sales. In 1997, he was named “Rookie of the Year,” ranking #1 nationally among 250 associates for highest sales volume. He was promoted to First Vice President within six years and helped establish CBRE’s institutional investment practice in San Francisco, generating $488 million in total sales over eight years. He later joined MG Properties as a senior executive leading the company’s multifamily investment and market expansion efforts. During his 10-year tenure with MG Properties he helped double the company’s AUM through strategic acquisitions, sales, and by launching the company’s first institutional joint-venture program. Justin relocated to Paris in September 2013 to pursue international real estate opportunities.

Alyssa Graham, Chief Financial Officer
Alyssa Graham joined CVG Properties in 2017 and is responsible for directing the financial and fiscal management of company Operations, including: accounting, information technology, debt, risk management insurance, investor relations and HR administration. Alyssa has 8 years of experience in the multifamily sector and 11 years of experience in information technology. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University, and her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Louisiana State University.

Robert Lang, Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the management, acquisition, and renovation of multifamily properties, Mr. Lang brings a deep understanding of the multifamily industry to his leadership role at CVG. As the head of operations, asset management, and acquisitions, he drives the strategic direction and performance of the company’s multifamily portfolio. Mr. Lang is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Steve Furst, Executive Vice President
Steve Furst leads CVG Properties asset management program, where he is responsible for optimizing property performance, increasing asset valuations, and maximizing investor returns. Steve brings more than a decade of real estate management experience, having served in senior leadership positions at some of the nation’s largest student & multi-family housing management firms. Prior to joining CVG Properties, Steve led asset management and operations at a real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles, CA. Steve holds a B.S in Managerial Economics from Central Washington University.

Monica Payne, Director of Accounting
As the Director of Accounting, Monica has over 15 years of experience in multifamily accounting. Monica is responsible for overseeing the accounting, reporting and annual auditing functions for all the properties managed by CVG Properties. Prior to joining CVG, Monica was a Senior Corporate & Residential Property Accountant for the Onni Group and a Senior Residential Property Accountant with Alliance Residential.

Andres Munoz, Director of Maintenance
Born and raised in Venezuela where he studied engineering in college, Andres started his 29+ year maintenance career in 1994 serving as the Manager and Maintenance engineer for both market-rate multifamily and senior living communities in Wisconsin. Andres joined CVG in 2011 as a Maintenance Supervisor. In addition to his on-site maintenance experience, Andres successfully started Kronus, a multifamily renovation company where he has successfully renovated hundreds of apartment interiors as well as clubhouses, fitness centers, offices, and exterior amenities for multifamily operators. Andres is swimming pool certified, HVAC certified, and holds a CR-61 contractor’s license with dual specialty in remodeling/repairs and carpentry.

James Voelker, Portfolio Operations Manager
James Voelker serves as Portfolio Operations Manager for CVG Properties, where he is responsible for strengthening ownership oversight, partnering with on-site management teams, and driving operational consistency and performance across the company’s Texas portfolio. Prior to joining CVG, James developed deep multifamily expertise in the Dallas market, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the resident experience. He brings nearly a decade of experience in multifamily operations and customer-focused service delivery to his role, supporting asset preservation and maximizing net operating income for investors.

Ashley Gibson, Senior Regional Manager
Ashley Gibson joined CVG in 2017 as a property Manager working her way up to multi-site property manager, Regional Manager and now Senior Regional Manager where she helps direct and lead both the Regional Managers and on-site teams in Arizona, California and Utah. As a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Ashley brings over 15 years of experience in the industry, including more than a decade in multifamily housing. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.
